To say “it doesn’t matter what offensive line he is running behind” is COMPELTELY CRAZY and stupid. All my Titan buddies brag how their line opens up holes a truck can drive through. Hell just watch the video you can see those holes LMAO, LenWhale ran for 1100 yards the year before Johnson even got there and that fat boy has NO break away speed, but despite that they opened up a hole so big and blew everybody up he is able to rip off a 80 yarder. The Titans have a top 5 Oline, give them credit

naw steve slaton is good but this guy is great the titans need to give him more carries it doesnt matter what offensive line he it running behind he has great vision and he is a special back thats my opinion

“Mentally ill”??? Whatever, everything I said was the damn truth. Go look up the stats yourself, Slaton had many more big/explosive plays…that’s the cold hard truth. Sorry if you don’t like hearing the truth. It’s fact, look it up then get back at me. The notion that CJ was just so much better/explosive is just plain false. Too much media hype is around this kid..there were other backs who had just as good of seasons as he did.

Gotta remember, CJ’s defense got other teams off the field which allowed for a shitload extra possesions and extra carries for all….CJ’s and Slaton pretty much had THE SAME EXACT AMOUNT OF CARRIES LAST SEASON. What did Slaton’s defense do?….Certainly didn’t get alot of 3 in outs or give him short fields for more scoring opportunities.

Umm……not really, but keep on thinking that.
Slaton was third in the NFL in explosive plays last year…….he only trailed DeAngelo Williams and Adrian Peterson and had a HELLAVA lot more explosive plays than Chris Johnson. Just keep ******* up the media hype.

Before Jones got hurt he was averaging 8.9 yards per carry but Jones splits carries with Baber and Choice. Jones will also assume his return duties which will take away alittle asked Devin Hester the WR. Johnson plays on a run first offense(Titans don’t have Hall a Fame reciever and Pro bowl TE) amagine how much better Johnson’s number would have been if T.O was on his team.
